We hold information on a need-to-know basis, protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures, and limit access to those working on a matter. Correspondence can be conducted over secure channels on request. We never request passwords or account access.
Enquiries and engagement records are kept on access-controlled systems, encrypted in transit and at rest, and reachable only by the people working on a matter. We hold no more than the work requires, and we remove what we no longer need.
We do not move client information through consumer messaging apps or public file-sharing tools. We will never ask you for a password or for access to an account, and we will never instruct you to install software or to move money.
If you receive a message claiming to be from us that asks for any of those things, do not act on it, and tell us. We would always rather confirm a message than have you assume it is genuine.
