We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement, regulators and the courts. This page sets out who it is for, how to reach us, and what to expect.
This page is for law enforcement agencies, regulators, and lawyers or parties making a formal legal request. If instead you want to know what personal data we hold about you, please use our data requests page.
Send your request to private@keremalbayrak.com. Tell us the authority or firm making it, the legal basis you are relying on, the information sought, and a named point of contact we can verify and reply to. We acknowledge receipt and respond through the proper channel.
The practice works only from lawful, consented engagements, each scoped to a client's own affairs. Records are limited and kept only for as long as there is a reason to keep them. In response to a valid request we will confirm what, if anything, is held.
A request that is properly made is handled promptly and in full. Where one is unclear, broader than its basis allows, or missing a legal foundation, we will say so and ask for what is needed, rather than simply decline it. We do not obstruct lawful process.
Everything we do is built on information that is lawfully and publicly available, with verified consent and identity checks before any engagement begins. Our full position is set out on our standards page.
